Avoid at all cost. They take your money and then don't care what happens to you. Its was awful. I was a solo female traveller arriving peak season to a hotel booked and paid for months in advance to be told there was no room for me. I was told I was staying in another hotel. Ive been told two different reasons why 1. over booked and 2. a plumbing problem which they couldn't find a plumber on a Saturday to fix. The hotel i was put in was a cheap hotel, booked in to the cheapest room i was told. A single bed, with mould and damp on the ceiling and broken fixtures everywhere. No swimming pool or fitness centre. And hair in the breakfast. I felt like i had no choice but to stay there because i didn't want to end up on the street if i couldn't find anywhere on the first night. After complaining mutiple times they found me a room on the second night but they are refusing to give me a refund for the first night saying i booked a non refundable room, but i was never given the room in the first place so how does that work. I completely understand that issues can happen and if it was a genuine problem then a suitable, same standard room should have been found even if it would be more expensive as they should have a duty of care if you are booking with them. But i got no help and no apology on the first day, just got told the manager doesn't work that day and i had to email or come back the next day to sort. I was in Malta 3 days and spent 1.5 days of that trying to sort this problem. Don't stay. Not solo traveller friendly. Didn't care for my...

For my recommendation this hotel is okay for going out and explore Malta.
When we checked in, we were given a beautiful room (602) but unfortunately it was extremely mouldy and we started feeling sick.
We complained to the hotel and Booking.com and the following day we were given a beautiful suite (501) which had a balcony and a beautiful view. I highly recommend to stay in 501 when visiting.
The room had a coffee machine, a TV, safe, ironing board and an empty small fridge. We had breakfast included and even though it was the same every day, it’s a buffet with English breakfast as hot food and also croissants, pastries and other cold food, we liked it and thought it was better than in many other hotels. Shout out to Michael in the reception who was a nice and helpful guy.
In the hotel they have a slimming pool and a gym facility and bar Lounge.
Also near the hotel there is a place where you can watch a 5D film and experience about Malta, I recommend watching it before starting to explore the island. There are also restaurants and pubs nearby just minutes away from the hotel.
I would highly recommend people use the hop on hop off bus because it’s much cheaper than the taxi and public transport and much easier to go around Malta. To visit any other islands for example Gozo just take the fast ferry and uses the hop on hop off bus it’s cheaper it’s faster...
Read moreWe stayed at Osborne Hotel in Valletta for 4 nights. While the location is convenient—about 10–15 minutes’ walk from the Valletta bus terminal—the overall experience left much to be desired.||Our room on Level 1 was small, poorly lit, and had a tiny window. The air conditioner barely worked, and the TV had no English channels. The bathroom lacked a bidet, although housekeeping was done daily.||The reception experience was disappointing. Upon arrival after a long-haul flight, we were immediately pressured by a receptionist (Saviour) to prepay for breakfast for the entire stay at €9.50 per person/day. We were not allowed to decide later or pay as we go. He exaggerated outside breakfast prices to push the hotel buffet, which turned out to be repetitive and underwhelming—we even skipped it on two days.||There was also unnecessary pressure to book tours and a €40 taxi to our next stay, despite us stating we preferred public transport. His dismissive and pushy attitude made us feel unwelcome.||On a positive note, another receptionist (Dennis or David) and housekeeper Fatima were kind and helpful, especially when assisting us with laundry.||Overall, this was not a...
