Tonight we went to City Crown / Burgers.Ink, and after the waiter arrogantly asked if we were there to eat or drink, we replied that we were there to eat, and he said, “Ok, I’ll seat you then.” They brought us the menus, and as soon as my girlfriend and I chose our burgers, we signaled to the waitress with short hair to let her know we were ready to order. As soon as I asked to remove an ingredient—not add, just remove—from my girlfriend’s burger due to her allergy, I was told that it was not possible and that she could remove it herself from the burger. After insisting, she told me she would go talk to the manager. Ten minutes later, we still hadn’t heard anything, so I approached her at the counter and asked if she had checked, to which she replied that she hadn’t and that it was probably not possible to fulfill the request anyway. At that point, I said to forget about it, and with much sarcasm, she and the bartender said to me, “Ok, bye.” This is the level of respect they show to their customers...
Read moreProbably the best burgers we ever had! (From this point of view I really don´t get the bad reviews, like come on, really?) We had Hell´s Kitchen and Tennessee and my God, th best combination of perfeclty made beef with totally heavenly tasting sauces! With drinks we paid almost 30 euros (quite enough for my country :D ) so we hoped it will be at least delicious (you know, you dont expect something this quality in the touristic center if not scam :D ) but we were blown away - and burgers were really big. We would definitely return! And thumbs up for guy who served us few minutes before closing (27.4.) with big smile and who prepared the best churros with crema pistacchio ever - just wow. Sure he wont remember us but I wish him the same approach he gave us everywhere he will go!

The meat was supposed to be a German sausage but it was so tough and dry that I could not eat it all because it was that bad. It was like it was deep fried or something. I then just ate the fries, which were really nice and well-seasoned.
My husbands burger was the same. Dry and not very nice at all.
I went to the loos which were inside where I found a massive food court! Wish I had known about that before we...
