NOM NOM Pinseria, Valletta, Malta
Tucked away in one of Valletta's charming side streets, NOM NOM Pinseria is a delightful gem that caught my attention during a leisurely stroll through the city. The moment I approached the shop, I was greeted by a vibrant display of unbaked pizzas, each one more enticing than the last. The aromas wafting from the kitchen were simply irresistible, making it impossible to resist trying a slice. One of the standout features of NOM NOM Pinseria is the way they prepare their pizzas. The selection is kept fresh and unbaked in the display, allowing customers to choose their favourite toppings before they are cooked to order. In just a few minutes, my pizza was ready, and I was amazed by how light and flavourful the base was. The toppings were perfectly balanced, making each bite a delightful experience. I found myself yearning for another slice, but I managed to resist the temptation—this time. The ambiance of the shop is casual and inviting, with trendy outdoor seating that offers a lovely spot to enjoy your meal while soaking in the sights and sounds of Valletta. Although the service was generally fast, I did notice that the staff seemed a bit abrupt at times. This could likely be attributed to language barriers rather than a lack of friendliness. Nonetheless, I appreciated the efficiency and cleanliness of the establishment. Overall, NOM NOM Pinseria is a must-visit if you find yourself wandering the streets of Valletta. The combination of delicious, freshly made pizza and the charming atmosphere makes it a worthwhile stop. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, satisfying bite in this historic city. Just be prepared to want more...
