67 Kapitali — Restaurant in Valletta

Sitting on one of the comfy sofas overlooking the Manoel Theatre while sipping a cup of home made peach infused Earl Grey iced tea I waited for my artisan sandwich ... a fresh slightly toasted ftira filled with grilled vegetables and halloumi cheese. AMAZING!!! This was my first visit to this lovely cafeteria in the heart of Valletta. I soon became one of the regulars there. All the sandwiches and deli boards served at il-Kapitali, are freshly prepared on site by Dominic using only the best ingredients. Brie, Gorgonzola, Manchego, Edam, Trout, Parma Ham, Chutneys and vegetables are brought together in innovative and simple dishes that make the perfect lunch break. My only regret is that whenever I'm there I'm always rushing to go back to work and my chats with the lovely patrons, Dominic and Lina, are always too short. We've been drinking pints of Cisk since we came to Malta, at prices ranging from 2 euros to 5 euros 95.

It was a refreshing change to find this place and get a range of different beers.

We've had two visits, we enjoyed sitting and taking in the vibes, while watching the world go by.

They have a range of beers they rotate, with about 7 on tap, some of them being very strong ones. We avoided the strong ones, as we had to get the bus home.

The only caveat would be price. The pints were okay, around 6 to 7 euros, but a 330ml bottle of husky was 6 euros 30 which felt a bit steep.

They had some tasty crisps as well, but again you are paying for the privilege, at 2 euros 65 a packet.

Definitely worth a try for the experience, but don't get carried away, as you'll have to...

I went to ts restaurant on 6th july at around 6:07pm. As I entered the restaurant, I was immediately greeted with an aromatic smell of mustard and mangoes.

I’d rate the ambience a 6/7 - I loved the Benson Boone playlist, me and my bluds were really vibing.

I ordered a Dubai Chocolate Labubu with a side of mangoes and mustard, and I don’t give effoc about the rest of the menu, as this meal was an amazing 6/7.

My bluds decided to order drinks too, so we got a Mango Marlon on the Beach 🥭 - certainly a delicacy for all the sigma bluds out there.

Would I recommend the 67 restaurant? Yes, that’s a certain doot doot from me. So throw a burger the skrilla and visit ts restaurant right away.
