For having a bear that place is probably 5 stars (not for the price), but for having a cocktail this place is sure 1 star..so, don't try the palm mojito cause it is the worst cocktail ever! The situation and the atmosphere were really good..
Update: After your response to my first post, i would like to say that i was really objective to what i wrote above and i did it really wisely! I pointed the pros and cons for me and i cannot even understand how that is not acceptable from you. You wrote " it was only your fault because it's obvious that you don't know your taste", maybe the four of us in the table didn't know our taste. We bought 6 different cocktails from your menu and that was our opinion. I cannot believe you asked me about why i complained with a free cocktail. This is not the point my friend! After a 10 mins talking with you, you gave us a free cocktail, but the point is people to know the experiences of others. As you clearly said to me "If you would like a glass of wine, you would go to a wine bar..so why did you come here for a cocktail?!" With all due respect, you have to think and remember, before you...
Read moreWe had a terrible moment at this bar!! The boss is a typical macho guy who likes to stay in front of his bar with his ULTRA NOISY MOTORBIKE ENGINE ON ! When the motor had an explosion, I was scared (like if that was a gun fire) and spilled half of my expensive beer on my shirt and pants !! When I told the waiter (and then the boss) they had nothing to care about this !! They did not have any idea of good manners such as refilling my beer, or apologyzing!! When I told them about that, the macho boss even ended up saying that I was not nice enough (sorry guy I just thought there was a gun fire because of your motorbike and I am wet of beer, sorry for not having a good smile with it) ! The guy ended wanting to fight with me and we had to get out of his bar!! If you want to be respected as a client, pass your way. Strictly speaking about the bar, there is only 2 tables outside, but they cannot even manage to serve you, you have to take yourself your beer inside the fridge, or at the counter. These guys should learn good manners and how...
Read moreWell... It’s a decent enough place centrally located in the city of Valetta. Good selection of bootled craft ( mostly belgian ) beer, a few on tap. I had an italian IPA ( Stretta ), which was ok. It was overpriced though - 4.50 euro for a 0,33 glass. Now, what puts me off: You CAN NOT remove the head with a spoon and then shake it off into a sink for CHRIST SAKE!!! If you dont know how to draw a beer LEARN IT. That really looks very unproffesional. Also, the music vas extremly loud. I had the feeling that the music is so loud for the staff not to be bothered by the customers as you need to speak very loud in order to hear your own voice. I am sorry but just the fact that you sell craft beer doesn’t make you a good craft beer place. This little place could be so much more if the had knowledgable staff and did something about the music. For now, its just a place with...
