Mojo's — Restaurant in Victoria

The food was delicious, was served quickly and came at a reasonable price. Still, I only give it 3 stars because when the two waitresses saw that I would be eating alone, they showed me to a single table that was partially in the sun (30+ degree midday heat!) although there were some 5 or 6 empty tables in the more shaded terrace. These were grouped together, sure, but could be separated extremely easily. This is what they did eventually when I wasn't too enthusiastic about the sunny table - accompanied with a frustrated wave of hand, as if saying, "Fiiine, let her sit in the shade if she insists." This Bar/Restaurant means far more to me than good coffee and great food & wine--which, be in no doubt, you will find there. But more than these, the Borg family have created a unique meeting place with an atmosphere that caters for all: for individuals or couples at small tables, for small groups at larger tables, and on up to dinner parties. Nice atmosphere, but the only vegan options were a chickpea and salad wrap, which was lacking flavour and a sandwich, which was a bit better, but still disappointing for 2023 and a tourist location.

I was surprised there wasn't a vegan burger on the menu, as they're quite easy to source these days. They had a quinoa burger on the menu, but it contained egg.
