My wife and I have stopped by here on our way home a few times since we've been in Bacalar. The paletas are fantastic. I love the pistachio and the cappuccino ones. My wife loves the strawberry creme ones. Only 25 pesos each. Great for a romantic evening walk with your sweetie. Highly recommended!

Great ice cream and popsicles. Very affordable. Frozen cream sicle was 25peso( 1.25 USD). Lots of different flavors. We stopped here a few times during the hot days walking around town.

Empezamos por la atención la cual es regular, según tienen muchos sabores pero varios están tachados por qué no hay y casi se reduce a la mitad de lo que ofrecen, no aceptan tarjeta lo cual es increíble, hoy es muy fácil tener una terminal, deberían aceptar ya que es una zona turística y si pagas en efectivo tampoco tienen cambio. Los sabores son buenos, las paletas y el smoothie son ricos probé sabor fresa y si está muy bueno la consistencia y temperatura es ideal.

We received the worst service we had since forever in this creamery. We came on a Sunday night with little kids and the men that took care of us was so frustrated because our youngest took a few seconds to decide what flavor he wanted. Then he placed the ice cream on the top of the cone without pushing it down and as soon as my son took it the ice cream fell of the cone. My little one was so sad and this guy was completely careless. There are nice ways to say you must get...

El helado de “chongos” estaba DELICIOSO. Excelente relación calidad precio.

Don’t pay attention to reviews comparing this icecream vrs magnums. This is artesanal icecream made of real ingredients so open your mind to taste something authentic. If you want to taste gelato this is not your place. Also don’t come and ask for vanilla or chocolate open your mind and try stuff you can...

I am an ice cream connoisseur and this just did not hit the spot. They were low or out of many flavors. They were very sweet, too sweet. I did not like the texture either. I got a scoop of vanilla and a scoop of chocolate chip. You would think the vanilla would be similar but they were not. The flavor just wasn’t right. Not sour just not...
