Run, don't walk! To another restaurant. We ordered at 7:34pm after the first 3 drinks we tried to order were unavailable. At 8:50pm we asked to pay for our drinks and cancel the food. They didn't let us leave and said the food had already left the kitchen. Received La Monarca burger at 8:55pm. It came with breaded chicken fried to kill it twice, instead of grilled as stated in menu. Taste was fine aside from being overly fried, but was probably KFC level. service was slow for a week night , but the food was ok. Fries came out a bit like warm no big deal. The drinks were pricey so I went with just a local beer la Victoria still pricey but we are in a tourist town in low season I get it. The burgers were ok nice toasted brioche bun, but could have used a bit thicker cheese sauce it was very thin and runny not like cheese back home but to be expected. It's a really great place for burgers. I'm going to be real direct. I recommend this place for several reasons, but the main one is, it's a locally owned family business. The burger selection is impressive. The quality of the ingredients give the burger a flavorful taste. The owner was a very kind woman who showed me a picture of how they got started.
