The women are nasty to tourists (why do you work in a tourist town?) They acted like we were disturbing them to take our order, rolled their eyes when spoken to, overcharged us, and when something wasn’t good, we asked to have it replaced, they insisted that “pineapple isn’t supposed to be sweet, and it tastes exactly like it should, so too bad.” We aren’t from another planet, and we know what pineapple is supposed to taste like. My sister spoke to them in fluent Spanish and they were just as nasty to her. I mentioned it to a nearby shop owner and he said he’s heard that multiple times. We visited here during our Todos Santos tour. There are many ice cream flavors, as well as paleta, to choose from. They accept both Mexican Peso or USD for payment. We pay at the counter first then proceed to choose the flavors of ice cream or paleta. For ice cream, there are choices for cup or waffle cone. I got the coffee ice cream. It was a strong and creamy coffee flavor. My friend got the avocado and bubble gum flavors. Both were good and not overly sweet....

If you like TOXIC Ice cream and TOXIC people this is the place. In all my years I've never experienced an ice cream place that refused to give out samples.

The entire staff especially the owner is Arrogant, Entitled, Dysfunctional, Toxic and Deeply Miserable. They need to shut down this business and going to some intense deep therapeutic clinic for emotional and mental health reasons. None of them deserve to be working with the public or in...
