Absolutely Disgusting – Worst Gelato and Service I’ve Ever Experienced If I could give zero stars, I would. I just had the misfortune of trying gelato at this place, and it was honestly the worst I’ve ever tasted. I picked a flavor that was nearly gone (big mistake), thinking it might still be fresh. Instead, it tasted like straight-up freezer burn — no flavor, no creaminess, just icy garbage in a cup.

When I politely asked the woman behind the counter if I could swap it out for something else because it was clearly bad, she looked at me like I was the problem. She told me I was crazy and flat-out refused to let me choose another flavor. No apology. No offer to make it right. Just rude, dismissive, and honestly kind of hostile.
