My family at there for the all you can eat lunch. It went from 12-5 and was 390 pesos. This is a bargain if you have an appetite or love ceviche. The menu is fish heavy but even my husband and son found a couple of delicious things to eat.
They had 4 different types of ceviche and each was very flavorful and delicious. I have never had sea bass ceviche and that really shined. Any one of these dishes normally costs 300 or more pesos on their regular menu. My son and I both had their salad fresca with fresh fruit, goat cheese and a yummy passionfruit dressing. We all tried their tacos which had soft homemade corn tortillas. Since they didn't offer any just beef tacos, they accommodated my son by making him a couple of other choices and subbing the fish or mushrooms for the beef. He loved the mushroom taco with beef instead of mushroom. My husband had the carnitas tacos and I tried the sea bass and tempura shrimp. The shrimp was my least favorite item only because their fresh fish was so good.
We were there over 2 hours and the service was excellent the whole time.
Their regular menu has dozens of additional choices. While the regular menu is more pricey, the quality and the taste of the food we had would make me believe it...
Read moreDifferent and delicious with amazing attention to detail and a great lunch special. When we arrived at Plaza Pescadero, there were many people eating at a different restaurant a few doors down. I am SO glad we chose to keep walking to Latino 8. The chips had a dusting of something similar to Tajin and the salsa was creamy without being heavy, so delicious. I got the drink called piña roasted and it reminded me of rodizio roasted pineapple you get from a Brazilian steak house (insert drooling emoji). It even had fresh shaved cinnamon on top. While I was sad that it was my last drink in Mexico before returning home, I was happy it was the last drink I was going to have because it was so satisfying. My partner and I both got the gaucha salad, which was different than the other salads we had in Los Cabos. It was light but satisfying and satiated my craving for something salty. My partner also got tortilla soup, which had an awesome presentation (pouring of liquid over other ingredients in the bowl) and he said was very tasty. I am sad that we discovered Latino 8 at the end of our trip, but we will definitely return on our next trip to San...
Read more5 star service. Friendly, attentive but not intrusive. These are the wait staff you are looking for. Tables were sanitized, and hand sanitizer offered. Here's what we ate: The specialty dish with the fig, wasabi aoli and tuna was so delicate and amazing and definitely our favorite. The ceviche was omg. Ribeye Bites with guacamole and pico de gallo, Tuna Tartar with avocado. Everything tender. Delicious tortillas and hand cut tortilla chips with I think some kind of red pepper sauce to dip which was very tasty. Cocktails were excellent and they have an extremely well stocked alcohol selection. We spied Tequila Class Azul Reposado for you big spenders. 😉 Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. We overate. We overdrank. No regrets. Ate their chocolate tamale back at our resort...now all I want is chocolate tamale. Best compared to a corn based flourless chocolate brownie but it is not overly sweet, just right. You may not want to share. We also had live music Monday night at 7ish. Their Instagram has better pictures than I do. My only wish is that I had more room in my stomach to order the...
