One of the brightest gems in Todos Santos. You are missing out if you don't stay/eat here.

Restaurant: Gallo azul's pizza is one of the best i have had. Gallo Azul pizza has become a family favorite of mine for almost 8 years, and it has only gotten better. It's the closest i have had to authentic Italian pizza. Their drinks are amazing too! My favorites are the mango and tamarind margarita. The prices are really great for food and drinks,

Hotel: The hotel and restaurant are right in the heart of Todos Santos. It's so easy to shop, eat, drink, and explore. Staying in the heart of downtown is super convenient, and when you stay here it is so beautiful 😍. There are two options: lofts and rooms. We stayed in the rooms and it is perfect for vacationers like us.

We stayed one night here and enjoyed a late dinner at the restaurant- they are open until 10:30 pm so plenty of time to enjoy the town before settling down for a drink. Our room included two tickets for free margaritas, which we were able to redeem with our pizza. It was cooked in a brick oven and the cheese and sauce were full of flavor. There are several cats on the premises which will say hi if you invite them to you but otherwise give you space. We had a great experience, and the price of the room and food was very modest. El lugar es bastante pintoresco, ubicado en el Corazón de todos santos, es un pequeño hotel con su propio restaurante, a la llegada nos sentíamos perdidos ya que no somos del lugar y nos gusta visitar el pueblo deves en cuando para probar una cena diferente, al entrar al lugar había solo un par de mesas y un solo mesero para ellas, no recuerdo el nombre de esta persona fue amable y estuvo atento a su servicio, el único punto negativo que yo podría hacer la observación, fue que al llegar nadie del personal nos saludo, ni el cocinero ni el negro, ni nos invitaron a pasar, solo nos voltearon a ver y nos ignoraron, ya después de eso empezó a haber un poco más de interacción con el personal, pedimos una pasta tipo Alfredo con camarón, un poco simple pero buena a mi gusto, una pizza 4 quesos con peperoni y una pizza especial gallo azul, encuenstion de pizzas muy muy ricas, ingredientes de calidad y la masa fresca, en conclusión muy buenas pizzas y bastante bien preparadas, con una sola de ellas comen dos personas sin problemas, tienen su day pass...
