An awesome specialty coffee café, the roasting machine is right in the middle of the café if you're ever interested to see or learn about coffee, Sergio and Gloria are always more than happy to share about their passions! They offer limited items on the menu, and I always requested a flat white with more foamy milk because that's my preference, and they prepare it perfectly every time - while using plant milk nonetheless (at my request too, they use dairy milk by default). It's delicious and you can really taste the coffee! They have cold brew which is also quite outstanding - it's sweet and flavorful, without the bitter and strong kick you'd normally expect. I also bought their coffee grounds to take home, I've prepared it with a typical coffee maker and a moka pot and it's delicious every time! These guys know what they're doing 🥰 I've tried a lot of other coffees around the world but really, their coffee is at the top of the list for me. Gratitude Coffee has such a beautiful backstory and if you’re looking to invest in local small businesses while travelling, I couldn’t recommend this coffee shop enough, it is a must go even if you have to detour out of your way.
