La Plaza — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

Lovely food, outstanding staff! Came here for breakfasts while staying at the Hyatt. It was an amazing experience start to finish each morning. The hostess, Margarita, immediately made us feel welcome, like we were old friends coming to visit. Our servers, Dolores, Gabriel, and Alberto, were attentive and hilarious. They made my friend's birthday brunch so special.

The omelet bar is a gem. All the fillings you could ask for, made fresh right in front of you. The coffee is lovely and the mimosas were so refreshing. The selection is a broad range of American, European, as well as Central American breakfast options with beautiful pastries and fresh fruits.

Friendly staff, not open every day, check the resort's schedule. This is a Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos restaurant mainly for breakfast and lunch. They do have an extensive buffet including salad bar, desserts, kids section, pastas, soups, etc. Food was good, I think this was my favorite restaurant for breakfast, they had omelette station, varios juices, smoothies, etc. They had good ceviche for lunch, although the options vary throughout the week. Im honestly surprised the reviews are so high for this place, though there has only been one in the past year. Maybe they went through cook changes because what my wife and I experienced was not 4.3, but probably a 2 out of 5 for lunch. The food was just very bland. The only thing I really liked were the carpaccio and the tacos. Other than that, even the deserts were lacking in flavor even though their presentation was incredible.
