There are several excellent restaurants at La Pacifica/Hilton Los Cabos, but as far as being consistently fantastic, Mio tops our list. We usually eat here every day or so when we stay at the resort. This evening we ordered spicy edamame (our favorite appetizer), I ordered the Spicy Salmon Poke Bowl and My wife ordered the Ahi Tuna Poke bowl. Everything was excellent and we couldn't even finish the edamame there was so much food. If I had one complaint, I wish they were open later than 5:00 pm because we would enjoy having dinner a little later in the evening.

We enjoyed the Ahi or Salmon poke bowls at lunch most days during our week at the Hilton Los Cabos. Oh, it’s not always prepared. Exactly with the ingredients that are on the menu, but always very good.

１年前にここで2回ランチを食べて、とても美味しかったので今回もまた食べることにしましたが、肌寒くルームサービスでも注文できるとの事だったのでポキボウルと唐揚げを部屋でいただきました。唐揚げも丼ものになっていました。４枚目以降の写真は１年前に食べたものです。

There are several excellent restaurants at La Pacifica/Hilton Los Cabos, but as far as being consistently fantastic, Mio tops our list. We usually eat here every day or so when we stay at the resort.
