El Arroyo — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

Horrible. Ordered a $1,575 MXN pesos bottle of Mexican wine. They tried to charge me $2,600. My wife's chicken dish was under cooked and my meat medley was terrible - overcooked, rubbery, disgusting. The only side served with both of our meals was potato slices which were raw. This is a restaurant serving mostly the all inclusive guests of Zoetry Cabo resort. I expected them to appreciate a paying customer, looking for a good bottle of Mexican wine. They didn't and we were very disappointed. They also charged us 240 pesos for 3 small (300ml??) bottles of water. If the tap water isn't drinkable and you have a customer spending more than 2,500 pesos for dinner and wine, you should provide...

Spent a week at the Zoetry Casa del Mar recently and our almost everyday visits to El Arroyo Restaurant for breakfast were superb. The 5 star food speaks for itself, however, our servers - Pauleth, Ceson-Pauleth, Alvaro, Estephony, Xiomaia - went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived and sat down, the servers attended our every need. Never getting in the way, always accenting our stay.
