made reservations for NYE experience (4 course menu) I tried to make reservations for earlier but I was told that day they would only make 2 experiences per night at 8 pm or 11pm, went with the 11pm option. I arrived 5 min before and they had me and my mother (over 70) wait at the entrance with no seating for more than 20 min, the hostess left her booth and a party of 6 and a party of 8 who arrived after us decided not to wait and went ahead of us and of course they got service first. once we arrived at our table, it was one chair and the other seat was the concrete bench with only one cushion, after asking they gave us another chair, once at the table we had to wait another 15 min for someone to ask us if we were ready to order, (10 min before midnight)the arrangements at the table were not cleaned, food stains all over, disgusting! no hot beverages available which was disappointing on a cold night. 4 course menue included sparking wine ang grapes which were given to us pass midnight sad we couldn't even had a proper toss on new years. food was not bad but just ok nothing extraordinary. not once the waiter asked if we needed anything or try to make out "experience" a bit better my mother doesn't drink alcohol so she asked for water which was charged extra. when bill came tip was not optional but was included in the bill, I understand people work on special days and it is not their fault to an extended so I had mix feeling and decreased the suggested tip. management should do better planing on these type of events. the place has a beautiful decor and ambience but service has a lot of...

I hate to say it but I was unfortunately very disappointed. I am a concierge here in Cabo and I recommend places to people but this one didn’t make the cut. I made a reservation for 7:15 with a view of the plaza. Then i called back to change it to 7:30 with a view still and the host said absolutely however when I showed up they didn’t have any reservation at all under my name. We were a group of 4 and two girls ordered oysters to share. 45 minutes after ordering the waiter comes with mine & my husbands food and told my friends they were sold out of oysters. 45 minutes after ordering it. One of my girlfriends also ordered a margarita that never came after about 30 minutes. The bartender was on his phone had no idea there was an order. My friends left b/c they never got their meal or their drink. The food was good but the service was ñseriously lacking. We never received an apology for the oysters being sold out. Wow!! For a place we casually stumbled upon, we were blown away. The quality of the food is insane. Do not miss the tuna sashimi with onions, wasabi, ponzu, squid ink and cilantro that won them a coveted award last year. It was worth the hype. Drinks were solid too. Authentic micheladas and a mamacita clover drink that was divine as well. The real star though? The food. Hubby had shrimp tacos he said were insane. Daughter and I had the burrito Santo Todo (I could be remembering the name wrong, but only burrito on menu) with grilled steak and I can honestly say it was the BEST burrito I’ve ever eaten in my life! (And I’m from Houston where Tex Mex and Mexican food are abundant) It’s big enough to share, but you won’t want to! You’ll savor each bite and take every leftover morsel to go to eat later.
