"The Reserved" at Vidanta Los Cabos truly lives up to its name – it's an exclusive and unforgettable dining experience! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was sophisticated and inviting. The food was absolutely amazing, each dish expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. However, the highlight of our evening was undoubtedly "Flamingo Night." What a spectacle! The entertainment was top-notch and truly captivating. It was a vibrant and energetic performance that added an extra layer of magic to our meal. It definitely did not disappoint! We went on all you can eat taco night, which made it worth the price. The tacos were all really yummy, but I was disappointed in the salsa choices for the tacos. Use caution when ordering waters, two bottles were more than our two margs!!

The meal started with about 30 quarter size chips and 4 dips/salsas. The salsas were not really designed for the tacos themselves.

The view was nice as the beach and ocean were right outside. You can even choose to sit facing the ocean in the sand in half round booths.

The music was beautiful, but really loud in the beginning. The temperature of the restaurant was perfect at the start of our meal and quickly became unbearable. They started two fans which helped, but it stayed quite hot. Wear...

We arrived at 8:00pm. The place was empty-the room had three tables of diners inside and two tables outside- about 12 people total. It took 20 minutes to receive the bottle of wine we ordered. After 30 minutes we received bread. After 50 minutes we received our appetizer which was tuna tartar. At that point we cancelled our entries and asked for the check. We asked our server why (with so few people in the restaurant) did it take 15 minutes to get a bottle of wine and 50 minutes to bring us raw tuna? He had no reply, no excuse. We left at 9:45pm.
