No parking, not even enough room for driving through. I ordered an espresso and specified that I want strong tiny , she was mad , she said she knew what espresso should be tiny and strong. She brought me a bucket of liquid that was not pleasant to drink. And I also ordered cappuccino, she brought me some dirty water . Really? I paid price like in US . If they don’t know how to make these 2 drinks they should put them on the list ! I wanted to go back , but I couldn’t park anywhere. They serve people in drive thru a lot faster than customers wait at the walk up counter. There are many workers inside but I've gone here three times and each time I've just stood at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes and no one greets me. Ciertamente unas de las mejores opciones de la zona, excelente savor del cafe, tiene una gran variedad de productos ademas de que estan en un precio razonable en comparacion con otros establecimientos. 5 estrellas por eso. Lamentablemente la atencion al cliente es mala. Y cuando digo mala en serio es muy mala. Esto porque si no llegas en tu vehiculo puedes estar 20 minitos o mas en ventanilla esperando atencion. Parece que si, la prioridad es la atencion drive thru. Se entiende que hay horarios saturados de trabajo pero se ve claramente la desorganizacion de las entregas, por que en si, se surten relativamente rapido los pedidos pero solo se van acumulando al igual que los clientes que estamos a la espera de atencion, y peor aun, entregan pedidos equivocados. Y eso de que es gratis tu pedido si no es lo que pediste o no coincide con tu ticket ni lo mencionamos, solo te van a ignorar.
