El lugar y el ambiente son de primera. Aunque la ubicación está un poco fuera de lugar, la experiencia general es agradable. La mixología es buena y los precios me parecieron justos. El menú es amplio y variado. Me recomendaron el arroz negro, la torta de langosta y como entrada, el atún y pedimos también una guarnición de vegetales asados. Tenía grandes expectativas para el arroz negro, pero fue decepcionante: sin sabor y bastante plano. Afortunadamente, el pulpo estaba bien cocido, aunque también le faltó sazón. Por otro lado, la torta de langosta fue la estrella de la noche: el pan estaba calientito y el relleno cremoso de langosta y camarón estaba en su punto. El atún también estaba muy fresco y realmente mostró la calidad de los mariscos del lugar. Probamos algunos tragos: un espresso martini, un Negroni, una mezcalina de maracuyá y otro del que no recuerdo el nombre. Todos estaban bien presentados y tenían buen sabor. Para el postre, pedimos los churros, que venían acompañados de una nieve deliciosa de mousse de chocolate. En total, gastamos alrededor de $1980 más propina, lo cual me pareció adecuado. Si bien tuve una experiencia mixta con el arroz negro, planeo regresar para darle otra oportunidad. En general, recomiendo el lugar.

Recientemente visitamos Innato, un restaurante que abrió sus puertas hace apenas unas semanas, y no podríamos estar más impresionadas. El ambiente acogedor y moderno es solo el inicio de una experiencia culinaria que destaca por su dedicación a los mariscos frescos de la Baja. Uno de los platillos que realmente nos sorprendió fue su arroz negro, una verdadera joya gastronómica que sin duda debería convertirse en su especialidad. Este exquisito arroz está preparado en tinta de calamar, acompañado de pulpo asado, alioli y el toque perfecto: hojuelas de ajo rostizadas. El sabor que aportan los ajos rostizados es simplemente espectacular, elevando cada bocado y dándole un giro de 360 grados al plato. Si hay un platillo estrella que define a un restaurante, el arroz negro de Innato es, sin duda, el elegido. Además, cuentan con una amplia variedad de bebidas y una excelente mixología, perfecta para acompañar cualquier comida. Su carta ofrece tanto platillos fríos como calientes, todos elaborados con mariscos frescos. Si aún no lo has hecho, te recomiendo que visites Innato pronto. ¡No te arrepentirás!
