MISION 11 — Hotel in Baja California

I accidentally made my reservation for the wrong day. The front desk told me they couldn't help and had to call Expedia. When Expedia tried to call the hotel the receptionist 'Leslie' hung up on the first agent because she couldn't understand her, I went to speak to Leslie about it and asked if she could do anything, she looked at her computer for a few seconds then got busy with something else, when I asked again she was just saying yes we can change it but was telling me to call Expedia knowing I was on the phone with them. There was a gentleman standing at the desk next to me and he butted in giving me more excuses as to why they couldn’t do it & it was honestly quite annoying cause he had a backpack & was just standing in the way the whole time just repeating everything the girl was saying because she would just mumble stuff making it hard to understand her. Anyways I had to do the whole process all over again with a Spanish representative from Expedia so they could talk to her and she never answered the phone. After 2 hours of waiting I decided to take the loss and book another hotel room, when we arrived to the room it smelt disgusting like sewage & there was a half drank water bottle on the night stand. We went back down to reception & she gave us another room that had 3 black stains on the sheets & a yellow stain on the comforter. Long dark hairs were found on the other bed but at that point we were so tired we had to use my month old baby's blankets to sleep on the bed. Absolutely disgusting...

BEWARE OF ROOMS NEXT TO ELEVATOR

This hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are simple and modern. The single rooms are about 160 square feet and furnished with the essentials -- a firm bed, beside tables, small closet, AC unit, and a smart TV. Restrooms are also small but adequate. The hotel's location is great, very central. Amenities include a central dining area with a kitchen, public balconies and off street parking.

My first night's stay was a nightmare. I was placed in room 103, where the elevator shaft cuts right through it and every time someone got off, the elevator makes this loud obnoxious ring noise. I was literally going mad and was not able to sleep comfortably having to hear that noise go off every few minutes throughout the night. The next morning the staff was gracious enough to move me into a room further away from the elevator. It's like night and day. All in all, I'm liking this...

Le di ☝🏼solo una Estrella ⭐️ por el servicio en recepción 💁🏻‍♀️ viaje 🧳 a TJ y me quede dos días en este hotel con mis hijas, (dehechonosivamosaquedarotranoche)una de ellas tiene desabilidades físicas. La muchacha de la noche creo se llama “Grace”fue muy grosera la última noche que nos quedamos haciéndome muecas y casi riéndose de mi cuando le explicaba que íbamos llegando de cenar y nos movimos de la única estación asignada para desabilitados, y le explicaba que avía un carro que no tenía placa azul y nosotras ocupábamos estacionarnos, ella solo me miro desatenta y con una mueca vurlesca me cuestionó que como, yo sabía si èl del carro (Q’NO’TENIAPLACAAZUL) también eran desabilitado😢 y despotamente me mando que fuera hablar con èl de seguridad, que al final ni investigaron de quien era el carro , que claro que por supuesto que si esta adentro del estacionamiento del hotel ellos saben de sus huespedes, me sentí avergonzada por su ética de trabajar y su falta de empatía para las personas con desabilidades, el guardia me termino desciendo que si queria estacionarme enfrente del hotel era bajo mi propio riesgo 🫥 y tuve que bajar amis hijas enfrente del hotel , para poder ingresar el hotel, le comenté al guardia que no me sentía segura dejando mi troka afuera,le explique q por eso escogí el hotel por estacionamiento privado y con accceso a silla de ruedas 🧑‍🦽😢me termino sugiriendo que me podía estacionar adentro muy pegada ala pared para que me quedará adentro del estacionamiento y pues tuve que ceder por no dejar mi troka afuera, lo que si nos gusto mucho fue el aviente el viernes ya que tienen un bar al lado del hotel y Diego🥰 da un show super iper chido y los meseros son un amor, el hotel esta muy limpio y tienen un elevador pequeño icon un máximo de tal vez de 4-5maxima capacidad, lo promueven con salón de gym pero no esta listo y ese día llegaron un grupo de motorcycle club, tape man 🏍️ de hecho toda la revu’ estaba llena de ellos con calles cerradas y la cosa! En el hotel llegaron varios de ellos y estaban alcolizados tirando líquidos muy cerca de la entrada del elevador mi hijas y Yo lo notamos y fue asta que le mencione a Grace’ que fueron a limpiarlo eso es peligroso ⚠️ para cualquier persona especialesmente como mi hija con impedimentos físicos de una caída. 😕 hoy escogimos hotel Caesars muy cerca de la revu pues nos quedaremos...
