Suites Royal — Hotel in Baja California

This hotel is no good! My husband and I were renting there thinking it was safe place to rent, when things were NOT how they seem; there are persons that rent there (TITO and his crew) and they are known kidnapers of American Citizens! The best part of the kidappings of Americans is that the staff knows what their doing there and they are assisting In the kidnappings of American people! They allow the kidnappers to use that place as a holding place for kidnapped Americans! This is to inform all Americans as a warning just to know that the Suites Royal is not a safe to to be staying at, and this is why my husband was kidnapped at the Hotel Guillen, Jr., and was taken to the Hotel Suites Royal in room 208 for 2 days! The kidnappers that were staying there in that hotel in room 208 just kept calling me and asking me for money saying that they were going to kill my husband if I did not have money to send them! And the men had guns and still live in that hotel as of the writing of this post! In this Hotel, the Suites Royal, they kept Beating and Beating my husband over and over again with their guns! What is-really sacrey about the whole situation is that the staff of the hotel knew what was going on in the room and didn't do anything to help my husband until the kidnappers let him go! PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD DO NOT STAY THERE IT'S VERY DANGEROUS TO BE THERE; YOU MIGHT GO IN BUT YOU MIGHT NEVER COME OUT! WARNING PLEASE LET EVERY PERSON YOU KNOW THAT IS CONTEMPLATING ON STAYING AT THIS HOTEL THAT SAFETY IS NOT A PRIORITY AT THIS HOTEL! Dirty room and Horrible coustomer service, the sheets had not been changed and also the mattress and the sheets had ugly stains. Also in the next room there is a dog who is countinously barking loudly. In the room there is a post of the Hotel Rules and it states that if the room is unsanitary and if there are pets it is a violation, and management has the power to terminate the contract and kickout the guest and their pet. So when I went to the lobby and spoke to the lady and man who were in charge for a refund they disregarded my complaint and said they don't give refunds, but no where on the receipt it says they don't give refunds. So I asked them if they can please remove the dog and they again disregarded my complaint, but the dog is still barking loudly. I asked for managements number and they refused. I have videos and...

MOST IMPORTANTLY: NO BEDBUGS & NO COCKROACHES

This is most definitely an economy motel, so don’t get it twisted. Our room was the standard option for $40 (on a Saturday night might I add). It had no exXxtras: a warm shower, a cold sink, and a freezing room with lots of windows. There was a small TV, a comfortable enough king-size mattress on a box spring on the floor (probs best), an oscillating fan, a roll of toilet paper, shampoo, a bar of soap, and two clean towels. Everything else is your responsibility. Checkout is at noon, and they offer gated parking along with a small selection of convenience food items in the lobby.
