Pulled up to the Hotel and the Valet was so slow we stuck out on the street in our car for at least 15 minutes until the Valet cleared all the cars out of the way so we could pull in and unload. Rude lady at the counter from the time I checked in. Their credit card machine wouldn't read my card and I asked her if she could type the number in but she refused, said her machine doesn't work that way. Not such a big deal but when the hotel is all marble and polished brass that didn't add up to me. I asked the lady where are my room keys, she said the bell boys has them, so the bell boy took us to our room (we follow not knowing what floor or anything because she didnt explain anything) . We get to our room and he hands me one key, I really needed one more but not a big deal. Our room was warm and muggy when we got in it so I turned on the air conditioning which worked decently, I notice our room was short on towels so I called the front desk and asked for more right before we stepped out (left the air conditioning on to cool the room.) Get back a few hours later and the towels were there but whomever came in turned the air conditioning off :( not a big deal but the issues are adding up. Next morning proceeded to check out on a Sunday morning. I asked for a fast pass as they have provided me the one time I previously stayed here. The same lady I had been dealing with was working...she said she can't give me one until the manager gets back in about 3 hours. This is Sunday morning around 10 AM, I explained I don't have 3 hours to wait. She said well come back in a hour and a half or so, she said she doesn't have the authority to issue the pass they are on the managers computer. THIS IS THE BIG DEAL So she means to tell me on the day of the week the hotel will have the most departures fast passes weren't going to be available until 1 PM or so. It didn't add up to me...I don't know what it was but the lady at the counter had a clear problem with what I don't know. Very sad because the hotel is well taken care of and the rooms are comfortable but the service...

Its a process to even get your car back, they make you walk about 150 yards to get to it or even get things out of it. ||2. No fridge, no microwave, no coffee or tea in room. ||3. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but it wasn't. The servers refused to acknowledge that we were there. We weren't given utensils/silverware or napkins. We even had to ask for milk and sugar for our coffee. We weren't allowed to bring our service dog into the restaurant or restaurant patio. We left her in the room and got complaints about her barking, she is very attached to us. So we couldn't have her with us in the restaurant or alone in the room. On top of that, when we asked to get our food packed to take up to the room, since we couldn't even eat it given the complaints, but not only did the staff refuse to let us take the plates to the room and return them quickly, they said any food from the buffet had to remain in the restaurant and could not be taken to the room. Plus, they didn't have anything to pack it into. And the food wasn't worth the price. ||3. Our room key was deactivated several times. Even when we rushed upstairs during breakfast to tend to our service dog, we couldn't use our key. ||4. Price list for laundry is supposed to be in closet but wasn't.
