Fu Lam Mon — Restaurant in Baja California

After a long absence from being a regular customer we decided to return. We ordered 3 dishes and a soup. Being the soup our first meal, as soon as the waiter placed the bowl in front of me I notice a mysterious black object, I proceeded to handle it and to my surprise and my other guests too it was a FLY. Since the waiter was still by our side I immediately show him my finding. He was very quickly to get the evidence and put it on a knapking supposedly to show it to the manager, thing he didn't do, he went to trash it instead. After a few minutes the manager showed up ingenious asking if we had a concern. After the explanation he gave us as a solution, TO LEAVE. We where still in shock and pathetically decided to stay, we where very hungry and tired, it was a long day for us without any breakfast. The rest of the food was mediocre, the pork & the chop suey being VERY DRY. At the men's restroom I found a German COCKROACH on the wall, so there's gotta be plenty at the kitchen as well. Easily my favorite Chinese food restaurant of all time. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is nice, there's televisions and beautiful dangling chandeliers. The service is lovely and the place doesn't get rowdy. Feels classy but is still ridiculously well-priced. Definitely recommend coming here for food. Ultimate comfort food, complete with a bar. La comida esta deliciosa, y recomiendo...

Shocked to see they shrunk dish sizes now to less than half they used to serve but more than doubled their prices. Sadly time to say not worth it after 30 something years of enjoying chinese food there.
