We were looking for something new to try and came across this restaurant! 100% recommend! Free parking which is hard to find in TJ nowadays, ambiance, service was 5star, and the food unbelievably delicious! A simple menu so well done! We had the frijolada con queso which was the best, and a caldo de Birria, homemade tortilla and their aguas which they bottle. Please do yourself a favor and don’t miss the dessert, we had the ponque de elote. I am one who judge if restrooms are not clean and this one was! Overall 10/10!

Delicious food and great service. From the moment you pull into the parking lot they are ready to help, hostess was waiting to seat us, server Edgar came by quickly to take our drink order and offer us hand sanitizer, we placed our order, and food came out very fast and hot, we ordered a caldo “especial La mejor” which is lengua and cabeza in a broth, a taco de lengua, and a gordita con asientos y queso all very delicious. 10 out of 10. Ps you can have your car washed while you eat.

If you’re in Tijuana and craving authentic flavors, Cabeza de Res is truly a must. The food was outstanding, the cabeza was delicious, and the birria incredibly tender and flavorful. My wife had the enfrijolada de lengua and said it was exquisite, one of the highlights of the meal. The only dish that didn’t quite hit the mark for me was the gordita; the “asiento” they add was too salty for my taste. Still, the overall experience was excellent, and we’ll definitely be coming back.
