We always start and end our Paradisus stay at Blue Agave. Food is good, reasonably priced, and service outstanding. I’m not sure I’ll spell Atilamito correctly but he was fantastic. His bartender partner was also very excellent. We can’t say enough good things about our experience here...

We've been to blue agave several times during our vacation and the food has been excellent every single time. Our waiter Daniel is very attentive and goes above and beyond. He got me a chair for my purse and hat so I didn't have to leave it on the floor. Highly recommend...
