Other standouts included the vibrant tuna tacos, the impeccably fresh salmon and tuna nigiri, and the divine desserts. But what truly made Lemon Fish exceptional was the staff. If you havent gone you gotta try it!!!!! Received the most amazing service tonight from Jorge such great energy and kindness and very attentive to us throughout our amazing dinner. All made possible thanks to Iran the Head Manager who kindly got us a spot even though our excursion ran over by 2 hours late for our reservation at this extremely busy and fabulous restaurant (also they were prepping to close). It is our last night here and they went above and beyond to make it so special with ordering and preparing an Omakase (lil bit of all the best!) Had an amazing dinner at Lemon Fish during our first trip to Cancun, and I have to give a huge shoutout to our server, Jesus. He was absolutely incredible—kind, attentive, and just such a genuine person.

From the moment we sat down, Jesus made us feel so welcome. He knew the menu inside and out and gave us recommendations that we loved. It’s rare to find someone who’s not just great at their job but seems to genuinely care about the people they’re serving.

The food was fantastic—everything tasted fresh and was beautifully prepared—but honestly, Jesus’s service made the whole experience even better.
