Honestly, if you have any expectations of authenticity at all, you will be sorely disappointed. The food is fine, it won't make you sick or anything, but it's quick grab and go food, and it is definitely not Japanese. If you're an American, your local run of the mill "hibachi" place will be much more genuine than this is. You have to be wearing a T-shirt to gain access to the establishment. The food on offer is a great choice for dinner time eating.
