Honestly, if you have any expectations of authenticity at all, you will be sorely disappointed. The food is fine, it won't make you sick or anything, but it's quick grab and go food, and it is definitely not Japanese. If you're an American, your local run of the mill "hibachi" place will be much more genuine than this is. This is a little hidden treasure inside the Hotel Complex. This place is only open for dinner time dining, 12pm till 4pm. You have to be wearing a T-shirt to gain access to the establishment. The food on offer is a great choice for dinner time eating. Fujiyama is an oriental restaurant shack by the pool at Crown Paradise. It provides some stir fry dishes along with spring rolls and sushi that are based on local ingredients.

However since it’s buffet style, the sushi rolls come with plenty of rice and very little filling. The stir fry dishes have some unique combinations like plantain supplement in eel sauce. Hence don’t expect to be blown away, and frankly we preferred the BBQ stand by the pool. Opened noon...
