Letras Cancun Y Mirador — Attraction in Cancún

56 minutes in a queue to take a photo. Mexican families will want to take multiple photos behind, in front and on the side of the sign...then do the same with different combinations of family members... The view of this sign is the nicest of the signs in Cancun, but the wait is by far the worst in any place in any of the 8 states of Mexico I visited.

Parking can be done closeby (100m or so on the north side of the sign) there is an attendant but they will tell you a donation is voluntary, we gave $20Mx which is not too bad considering parking costs per hour in other places...and if you’ve read the above you know you’ll be here an hour if...

If you are going to Cancun you can't miss Cancun Sign. You can find a few but I think this one is the most impressive, behind the sign an stunning beach with at least 3 km white sand beach.

If you don't want to spend 1hr in line (yes is always very crowded) go there early in the morning.

Don't worry if you go alone someone will help you to take the pictures.

The tower (Mirador) gives you a nice view. The letters are good for photos, but that's it. The beach where this is located is not one of the most beautiful beaches at Cancun. Some useful information: This is a public beach, so if you don't wanna spend any money, here you can bath. This is where the boat leaves to Isla Mujeres, in case you're going there. There are a lot of people selling it...
