Himitsu — Restaurant in Cancún

My wife and I enjoyed the most delicious dinner at Himitsu restaurant in Secrets Maroma Beach. The staff made us feel like family even before we sat down. The table setting and ambience of the restaurant set the tone for a wonderful culinary adventure. The flavors of every dish blended perfectly. We started with the Vietnamese spring roll and tempura shrimp, then Spicy tuna and Himitsu sushi rolls, followed by red curry and yaki soba for our entrees, then tempura ice cream in caramel sauce for dessert. Himitsu is the best restaurant in Dreams Sand Resort. Jimmy is an amazing waiter, and we were not disappointed when we asked for him upon subsequent visits.

The sushi is good, but not great. However, the tepanyaki was amazing, as were the appetizers and other dishes. Jimmy kept the drinks flowing. And I would be remiss if I didn't mention the fried ice cream for dessert......
