Amazing local place I spent a few nights at Casa Ixum and had a truly enjoyable experience. Although it's centrally located on Avenida Nader, the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful—like stepping into a quiet, thoughtfully designed retreat. The space has a warm, artistic feel, and the attention to detail in both the rooms and common areas really stands out.

The restaurant is a lovely part of the experience. The food is beautifully prepared, with rich, creative flavors and great presentation. I especially enjoyed the French toast and the guava with ancho chili dessert. Loved our one week stay at Ixum Hotel! We weren’t expecting much when we booked at Ixum, but we really loved our stay here! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Cancun, that’s far from the touristy area and more local feels, this hotel is the one. Loved the interior and design of the hotel, it was very well-thought off, from the architecture to the furniture, it was really chic and modern. The beds, sofa, and the pillows are really comfortable too.

The management and the staff were friendly and hospitable! Very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Shoutout to Lorea, Maria, Cesar, Alonso, (and the pm/nighttime host whom we didn’t get the name!) best team!

I stayed at Casa Ixum for three nights and absolutely loved it. It’s a peaceful little oasis tucked away on Avenida Nader—super central but still quiet and relaxing.
