KFC Malecón Las Américas — Restaurant in Cancún

The place is horrible.

The first day we went we tried to order an 6 piece bucket for just my girlfriend and I. The lady said we HAD to order an 18 piece combo because someone before had ordered it and cancelled so now they had to se it to someone.

The next day we went the chicken tasted so bad and smelled disgusting. I told the manager. She told me this was the third time someone had complained of the same thing. She took box smelled it and agreed and switched it for another order of chicken. The new order we got was even worst. Still tasted bad and smelled bad, but this time the meat was hard and rubbery. My woman went to talk to the manager this time. She completely igored her and walked away. One of the cashiers had to get her attention just to talk to her. Finally the manager lied and told her no one had complained all fay even though she had just told me i I was the third person that day to complain. She also lied saying that when I showed her she didn't seem anything wrong with the first batch even though she took the chicken apart and agrred it was bad so she switched it.

I've been to many KFC restaurants and this is the worst.

It says they close at 10 but at 8:15 they don't want to make anymore original recipe. I had to force them to make it I don't mind waiting the 30 minutes but at least give the customer the option and don't tell them you don't have anymore and won't be making any. It turns out at the end I had to return it and get a refund. I paid for 2 breasts which were not in the box they were thighs they tried to convince me that they were breast there was other thighs in this box bigger that the supposed breasts. Lazy staff, terrible service, the owner must not care much about his location. Sincerely, KFC...

I ordered food at this kfc through DiDiFood. I waited for more than one hour, after which this KFC canceled the order, although the courier also waited for them for a long time.

I paid for the order with a foreign card and the refund was returned only after 6 days. The refund amount was less. I assume, because of the double currency exchange. Why can't they cancel the order immediately instead of an hour later? Or remove from the menu what they can't cook? Why should I lose money and time because of their poor...
