It is so difficult to find sweet-iced-coffee at this mall and I thought Starbucks would provide a tasty experience.
I asked for a simple medium iced-coffee with cream (or milk) and sweet caramel flavor. It became a "thing" where the person at the register had to reword my order and tell me they can make it caramel flavor but not sweet. I asked them to put sugar in to make it sweet and that seemed to confuse them more - I gave up and just agreed to whatever they said. After that hurdle I went to the pick-up section where I watched the young man prepare my coffee, write my name on the cup, and put the cup down so he can prepare 2 frappe's for the customers that ordered after me.
After all this, the coffee was terrible too. Nothing sweet added, only bitter caramel and watered-down-coffee - will definitely avoid...

Read moreLa atencion, servicio y sabor es como buscas encontrar como estandar de un Starbucks. Sin embargo algo que me parece de muy mal gusto es el hecho de "se nos acabo la promocion". Si bien, es entendible que se queden sin algun sumistro, no olvidemos que debiese existir una alternativa para sustituir dicho faltante, como en cualquier otro negocio ocurriria que apuesto que la mayoria de otros negocios terminan dandote algo mayor en compensacion a falta de... (porque la culpa del fsltante es del negocio, no del cliente). Es la segunda vez que ahi mismo me salen con "se nos acabo...", si estuvieramos en USA por falsa publicidad otra historia seria... En fin, claro que despues de esperar 10min en fila, que de cualquier modo con promocion o no, uno lo comprara. Pero no deja de ser de mal gusto y deficiencia en satisfaccion...
