Mad Burger — Restaurant in Cancún

Not sure why this place has such a high rating. I think the service is great for people who speak Spanish. Not enough service crew who speak English. I ordered the same Classic burger (from the Booster Combo Meal) as the guests on the next table to mine. The beef patty on my Classic burger came out dry, mealy, and small, compared to the next table, which was larger and juicier looking, dripping with the meat sauce as they ate. The next table was also served a small serving of jalapeño on the side but I didn't get one. Even the guests from the next table said I was like getting a kids-size food serving, a Happy Meal from McDonald's rather than a full-size adult meal. There was only one waiter who spoke English and he has a habit of using his index finger to point to the items on the menu in a rude manner while explaining the menu, he taps on the menu with his index finger so hard and aggressively, that you can hear a tap tap sound on the menu as he speaks, very crude and feels uncivilized/unrefined for a nice burger place like this. This is a burger place/restaurant which is quite pricey and is not a sidewalk Kebab place, so I expect a higher and more refined level of service from the crew. Service from this staff/waiter can be improved. No tips for now, as food serving/portion was smaller than others, and explaining the menu with your index finger tapping onto the menu is just plain rude and condescending. We ordered delivery from Mad Burger, and wow,easily one of the best burgers we’ve had! Everything was sooo good. The meat was top quality, juicy, and fresh, just the way a great burger should be. Full of flavor!The potato wedges and truffle fries? Crispy, hot. Loved the jalapeños on the side, and having Heinz ketchup and mustard was a nice touch. Revisiging a couple of months later. New staff, same owner and the joint rocks. Service fine and fast. Now I can say, DEF. the best burgers in town. Like hands down and I'm Sara King/Sunny Day class hamburger devourer.

That's it. And that's all it needs to be. Chicken, Gourmet, the fries are INSANE level of perfect. Go eat there. Tell the owner to open one in Puerto Morelos...
