Vancouver Wings — Restaurant in Cancún

I stopped coming here because the waitress consistently pressures me for tips. I've been a resident for over two years, not just a tourist. I believe I have the right to decline tipping, especially when getting takeout. Every time she hands me the check, she insists on a 10% tip. Despite my repeated explanations that I'll only pay the check amount, she insists I'm obligated to tip. It takes 3-4 explanations for her to understand I won't meet her demands. I'm okay with leaving a 30-50 pesos tip, but she always wants more. The service is quite disappointing, so I've stopped ordering here, even though the hot dogs are delicious.

Dejé de venir aquí porque la mesera constantemente me presiona para que deje propina. He vivido aquí por más de dos años, no solo soy un turista. Creo que tengo el derecho de rechazar dar propina, especialmente cuando compro para llevar. Cada vez que me entrega la cuenta, insiste en una propina del 10%. A pesar de mis explicaciones repetidas de que solo pagaré el monto de la cuenta, ella insiste en que estoy obligado a dar propina. Se necesitan 3-4 explicaciones para que entienda que no cumpliré con sus demandas. No me importa dejar una propina de 30-50 pesos, pero ella siempre quiere más. El servicio es bastante decepcionante, así que dejé de pedir aquí, aunque los hot dogs son deliciosos.

Я перестала сюда приходить, потому что девушка-официантка постоянно вымогает деньги на чаевые. Я не местная но и не турист, живу здесь уже более двух лет. Я имею право отказаться от дачи чаевых, особенно если я покупаю еду на вынос. Она каждый раз приносит чек и требует оставить 10% чаевых. Я каждый раз ей повторяю что я заплачу только ту сумму которая в чеке, она с недовольным видом повторяет что так нельзя и что я обязана заплатить чаевые. Мне приходится по 3-4 раза ей объяснять что я не буду оставлять ту сумму которую она хочет. Я не против оставить 30-50 песо чаевых, но она постоянно требует больше. Это очень отвратительный сервис, поэтому я перестала покупать здесь еду, хотя хотдоги здесь...

I came to this place because I love wings, the service is good and cordial, I was a little disappointed about my food at the beginning, I order a mix plate with wings (250gms that I doubted they were 150gms max!! )onion rings, fries, veggie sticks and dressing....the wings were very dried and the amount didn't look like it was the right portion weight, beer was good and cold, still hungry I order a 1kg super spicy wings plate and it was very tasty!......I will give them another chance...
