Our new favorite breakfast spot! Our server was Daniel and he was so sweet. The staff was so friendly and it made for a fun atmosphere. My partner cannot stop saying “I love this place.”
Okay, so the food. First off, they have a Spanish and an English menu. We ordered an ice coffee and a coconut-matcha smoothie to start and they were both so refreshing! Then we ordered the steak sandwich, the egg and avocado toast with caramelized onions and cheese, and an açaí bowl. I thought it would be way too much food, but we cleaned our plates. What a great meal! The steak was so soft, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the açaí bowl tasted so fresh and sweet. They even gave us a jar of honey to add more to the açaí bowl if we wanted to! Not to mention, their homemade chili sauce. It wasn’t too spicy— it was so flavorful and was the perfect addition to our dishes. And the plantain chips? Ugh, so good.
In total, we paid $570 pesos, which is under $30. In Seattle where we’re from, our meal would have been more than double the price and half as good.
We could not recommend this place more! They are a fairly new restaurant (to my knowledge) but they are doing everything right! DEFINITELY EAT HERE!!!! YOU...
Read moreMe and my husband visited this place after reading good reviews, but It didn't live to our expectations at all. The biggest disappointment was avocado toast, on which from avocado there was only color! Such a thin layer of avocado so you can't even feel the taste of It - and that is in Mexico - SHAME on you guys.. The eggs on the toast were overcooked. My husband had some sandwich from the first section of the menu which turned out a very basic sandwich with chicken. The potatoes on the side tasted as if they were cooked couple of days ago, didn't take a risk to eat them. When the waiter asked for the tip and we said we did not have a good experience, he didn't even ask us what was wrong. There's literally nothing I would come back to...
Read moreCame here for breakfast at around 10:30am. The place was not crowded at all maybe us and two additional tables. The food presentation gets a 5 star for sure. We ordered the French Toast which looked great and tasted great if you’re into cakes/sweets. It was a bit sweeter than expected for us, I think it might have been an actual cake covered with cinnamon. We also ordered the egg Benedict which was served on a croissant. The Benedict was also good, but not my favorite egg Benedict. Service took a bit longer...
