The Japanese cuisine at the Yama restaurant is excellent. We feel that the flavors are distinctive from other Asian food we have tasted, spicy and sweet combinations that are delicious. The service at this restaurant is also superb. We also love the decor, quiet, slightly darker than some and very interesting. A really fun and interesting experience.

I think this is by far the best Japanese restaurant with had at the Cancun area. The Chutorro and A4 Waygu beef are by far the best that we have ever seen around this area and very similar to the ones we had in Japan. Service and food presentation is also amazing.

I think this is by far the best Japanese restaurant with had at the Cancun area. The Chutorro and A4 Waygu beef are by far the best that we have ever seen around this area and very similar to the ones we had in Japan. Service and food presentation is also amazing.

This is the best restaurant at the Le Blanc Hotel in Cancun. Special thanks to Chef Freddie, Alberto, Christian and all of the staff. This was an unforgettable experience and we really enjoyed the special meal Chef Freddie prepared for me and my wife.
