La Cevicheria Oyster Bar. — Restaurant in Ensenada

A local recommended this spot after we found out the place we originally planned to go was closed for the weekend. It did not disappoint! Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. I had tacos de pescado (fish) and tacos de camarones (shrimp), and my wife has their grilled combo tacos which had pulpo (octopus) chicharrón style, with shrimp, avocado, pickled red onions, peppers and melted jack cheese. BOMB! The ceviches were also fresh and incredible. The house ceviche has a mix of different seafoods, and they even have a vegetarian option maybe with portobello mushrooms. But if you want delicious food at the same low Baja prices, head here. It was recommended to us by a local barista and we were very happy we listened. The service was exceptional, the food was amazing, and the prices are very competitive. They claim to have the best Margaritas in Ensenada, I am not an expert but I would have to agree; no syrupy aftertaste, just all natural ingredients perfectly mixed.
