What an absolute shame because the food is good, but I'll never eat here again

3-4 times now they have lied about their credit card machine not working. This last time the waitress refused to charge the machine even though I already know that it works. She then offered 16 to 1 exchange for USD. I said no, but she could charge the machine for me

She then slammed the little door to the cash room and almost got my hand, and then was super abbey stomping around saying "the exchange rate is not her fault"

I said, "I've eaten here 25-30 times, it's a real shame to act like this". Everyone else looked embarrassed. I asked her why she was so angry but she didn't answer me.

Sorry, can't recommend this place. If they don't want to accept cards because of the fee, they should either charge extra for the card or stop accepting them, but stop lying about it and overcharging on...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. Specifically, I am disappointed with the behavior of one of your waitstaff.

I observed that the server did not respect the order in which customers arrived. Several patrons who arrived after me were attended to before I was. Additionally, the server displayed a negative attitude when asked to clean tables, which I found quite unprofessional.

As a regular customer, I expect a certain level of service that was unfortunately not met on this occasion.

Our second time visiting this place. However this time customer services was not pleasant. Salsa was rotten and I requested the server to bring more because of it.
