The only reason to give 1 star is because you have to rate at least 1 star. This place is horrible at service and food quality. It took over 45 minutes for the appetizers to arrive -and it was a guacamole- and we had to fix it with lime and salt because it was disgusting. After 20 extra minutes we asked for our food and complained about being way to slow and their answer was "we only have 2 cooks today". When some of the food arrived to the table, the meat was cold an dry. My plate and my sister's food never arrived (2 sandwiches) . The worst place I've been in years. Service was sluggish, our veggies arrived drench in oil yet still half frozen (had ice on the corn), took the waiter 5+ minutes to deliver our drink from the bar (even tho he was standing around), the dessert raspberries were dirty, and my dessert cutlery was stuck to the napkin it was wrapped in because it still had chocolate cause on it! Descusting!

Can’t beat the ambiance! Indoor and outdoor seating. Themed on the art of Vincent Van Gogh. The artwork is amazing. The menu is styled as a painter pallet. Oscar tried hard to please us! Food is just OK. Nachos have liquid cheese not good for a major tourist center reason for lost star). The live music was great! Prices are reasonable. Bathrooms are aging but clean.
