the only thing that made the experience here worthwhile was the poblano soup, which was delicious. the rest of our dishes (short rib, guacamole, and risotto) did not hit the spot. it was disappointing that most of the dishes fell short, especially considering the fact that this was one of the most expensive restaurants we are at during our time in guanajuato. the waiters were incredibly attentive but the short rib was far too chewy, the guacamole was not listed as being spicy but was very much so, and the risotto was lacking in texture and cheese. all that being said, i think i would still return only for the poblano soup, if i were still...
