Great!!! Highly recommend going to this restaurant, if you like to eat healthy or if you and you party have different needs. They offer vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian food options, while still offering chicken, turkey, and beef for the carnivores. They don't have gluten free bread, but they do offer many gluten free dishes. The menu is highly flexible, and they are open from 730am to 10pm every day of the week. The coffee is amazing, locally sourced from Chiapas and especially selected for Aroma. Juice combos are super. I had the green juice with celery, parsley, pineapple, orange, with the extra add on of spirulina. My enchiladas were vegan and GF and made to order. I love that I can eat Mexican food vegan, which is not a common opportunity in Mexico, due to the traditional ingredients of Mexican cuisine. Our waiter was one of the best. Very friendly and helpful with all of my dietary concerns. My husband had La Granja Omelette with an add on of Spinach. In addition, the whole of Aroma's staff was wearing masks and being extra careful with temperature checks and hand sanitizer at the entry, and I witnessed quick table cleanups. Great place to eat and hang out during hard times or any time for that matter. One of my top 5 favorite food...

The food so good here we came twice on the first day on the island, and then again on the second day. We’ll probably come here one last time before we leave!

Wasn’t expecting to have such incredible Pad Thai all the way out here, really gave me that taste of home. The quinoa bowls were also refreshing and satisfying after all the oily foods we’ve had on this trip. They get both the veggie and meat dishes right here. For dessert we ordered the carrot cake and we were given a huge delicious slab — more than enough for 2. The juice here is fresh and tasty, though the serving size is quite small.

Although the food here was incredible, there were some that were flops. The Chicken Ramen used a vegetable stir fry + water and seasoning for broth, and didn’t actually use ramen. The Vietnamese salad rolls didn’t come with peanut sauce. And the tiramisu was too sweet + the center was frozen.

It’s not often we come to the same restaurant so many times. With such a big menu, I don’t expect them to get everything right, so it’s still a...

The first time we came to Aroma we had a brilliant experience both food and service were great I wish I had taken the waiters name now. However since we decided to return the service has just been beyond dire from Magdelena & Josue. We chose Aroma to have our last breakfast before heading all the way back to London. My partner is vegan and when he asked to swap out anything he was unable to eat we were told ‘we will charge extra for every swap’ he was looked at like some sort of criminal then eventually given a bagel full of everything he specified he could NOT eat. Also got my order completely wrong and when I tried to explain to our waitress, she called me a liar. Only after speaking with the chef did she come and confirm what I had originally said. Then tried to charge us for an order she had completely and utterly messed up. Drinks were wrong, both our meals were incorrect. Yet they wanted to argue, we had to call the manager over who also wanted to argue. Despite messing up every aspect of the meal. Don’t...

I wish I could give more stars but even two is a bit generous. 1. We came at noon hoping for some delicious lunch but had been told that they only start serving lunch at 1.30pm (mas o menos as described by waiter). 2. I decided on enfrijoladas (vegan version) but asked if they can swap the vegan cheese for mushrooms. The answer was a strong 'no' - they can't do any swaps but I can skip the chees and add mushrooms, and pay an extra 35 pesos. 3. After ordering extra mushrooms the waiter came back from the kitchen and asked if I wanted two portions of mushrooms (70 pesos total) because otherwise the tortillas would be very flat. I declined. 4. Got the enfrijoladas. Instead of having a nice hot brunch, they were lukewarm. Meh. The taste? If you're a tourist and don't have much experience with the dish you might like it - I didn't, really. 5. Even though the menu states that they are served with green sauce, there was no sight of that. Would I come back or recommend it? Unfortunately, no.
