Overall I liked the place. Food was amazing, we ordered the croquettes and the gnocchi, both amazing flavor. The beer was also amazing (kudos to the waiter who actually knew everything about their beers and also gave us really good suggestions with just a flavor we had in mind).

Before getting in to the place is were we had a really bad experience: my friend and I signed for the waiting list (it was half an hour, not too crazy so we decided to stay and wait); the girl who was in charge of getting the people in apparently called us (and I say apparently because either the music in the bar was too loud outside or she didn’t call us loud enough), after 45 minutes waiting outside we realized she walked in people that arrived later than us and when we kindly asked about it she answered: “I called you three times and you didn’t answer” with a pretty bad attitude, that’s not the solution to the problem at all and made us feel quite uncomfortable . After the incident (she gave us not solution at all) she got in ALL of the people who were waiting outside (at least 7 tables) and at the very end she got us in, then as a “happy ending” as of leaving the bar, when we said -thank you so much- she didn’t even looked at us or answer, I’m from GDL but live outside Mexico and this is a place I always recommend to friends and family who visit the city, but to be honest after this experience I’m not so...

I’ve heard wonders about the food and it was average at best:

Truffled Gnocchis: expensive, small portion, no flavor, needed at the very least some salt and pepper, many members of our group ordered this and each dish came out the same. Truffle burger: good flavor, expensive for the size, it does not come with fries. Pastrami sandwich: the pastrami was hard, it came with fries at least. Fries: these were good but pricy for average fries.

The beer selection is great, I would recommend this place just for that. They do not accept reservations and are very inflexible with moving tables to cater to larger groups, the servers are very unhelpful, seem annoyed, and lack resourcefulness or aim to assist the clients.

Only one male server (don’t know the name but tall guy with a beard was kind). The servers that brought the beers barely remembered the orders and just dropped off the beers as if we were a nuisance. It was a disappointing experience as I was really looking forward to visiting this place, not to mention it was my birthday. Terrible experience. Just a good place for beers,...

I've been here twice now for beers, and the place is beautiful.

I wasn't going to write a negative review after my first visit because I thought there might have been something going wrong with the taps/refrigerators, but none of the beers I drank were cold enough.

The first two were draft beers, both basically room temperature when I received them. The third I had was from the refrigerator, and although there were thermometers that read 1⁰, the beer was also not cold (though better than the draft).

This was the same the second time I went. I skipped the canned beer this time since the thermometer read 9⁰.

For me, it's a pretty major problem when the whole menu is beer, so I probably won't go back until I hear that...
