Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Jalisco

My least favorite, but most reliable place to watch UFC fights. Interior reminds me of a hospital waiting room. The waiters have to make and serve their own drinks, so it's constantly bogged down at the bar. Honestly each time I go, I would spend twice as much if they could just get their service issues worked out. No excuse for having bad service at an established American chain restaurant. They should have solved this problem years ago. They have a massive selection of craft beers on tap, unfortunately, they are all out of all of them. I guess the taps are for decoration. Food is decent bar food, but we waited about 45 minutes for our wings. We noticed that they also do delivery, so the bogged-down kitchen, is also making delivery orders. Seriously people, why would you order bar food to be delivered? It's called "bar food" for a reason. Anyway, desperately searching for a better place to watch...

HORRIBLE! Please don't go to this location if you can avoid it. I was very excited because I was going to eat one of my comfort food. As we get there we are sat down a lady comes & takes our drink order then another waiter comes & he lets us know that they do not have ice, any beer on draft, they were out of most of their sauces for the wings, NO RANCH, & none of this was mentioned when the first waitress sat us down or else we wouldn't of ate there. So, my husband went to another resaurant to get ranch for us. The two waiters that took care of us were very pleasant & kept apologizing but this is not their fault this is corporates fault because CLEARLY they do not care about their customers & employees!!! I DO NOT...

Comida. Bien. Muy buen sabor. Lo que esperas de una Cadena de este tipo. Mismo y grandioso sabor de siempre. Recomiendo las tiras de pollo con sabor garlic. Las porciones bien. Suficientes y de sobra. Estrella por sabor.

Bebidas. Buenas. Lo mismo que la comida. Es de esperarse. Buena calidad y buen tamaño. Hay muchas opciones. Estrella por bebidas.

Servicio. Ouch. Aquí es donde no hay Estrella. Los meseros de nuestra zona no estaban muy de buenas o de ánimos. Muy lento el servicio y sin actitud positiva. Eso siempre decepciona. Aquí no hay Estrella.

Lugar. Excelente. Limpio, amplio, confortable. Solo un detalle. El aire acondicionado en nuestro lado comenzó a meter un olor muy desagradable a cañería. Pedimos cambio de lugar y eso fue suficiente. Valdría la pena que lo revisaran. Buen lugar para ver deportes y comer. Estrella por el lugar.

Precio. Valorando todo en general, es un lugar caro. Pero no debería sorprendernos. Cuando vas a estos lugares ñ, deberías esperar pagar al menos $250 pesos por persona (sin consumir alcohol). Lo que yo considero es que si las porciones son tan grandes, podrían quizá moderar esto y bajar algo los precios. Considero que estos lugares cobran también por el Lugar en sus precios. Así que, no hay Estrella por precio.

En general, buena experiencia. Sobre todo por ese sabor tan sabroso que te invita a volver y seguir pagando estos...
