Starbucks Midtown Jalisco — Restaurant in Jalisco

The cashier was nice, only thing I didn’t like was that I asked for white foam and when I got my coffee I sat down and when I took a sip it tasted like a normal shaken espresso, I asked the barista if it had foam and he said that the foam usually goes to the bottom and said that’s how the drink was made. I had the same drink at a different Starbucks and I could actually taste the foam, I stirred it and still tasted like the normal shaken espresso. I did not want to go back and argue with the barista but, I mean if you pay extra they should really put the foam and not be so stingy and he was super sure it had foam but the drink was not what I ordered. I went to a different Starbucks and this is how the foam is supposed to look like. And it don’t get watery...

Comida: decepción total café americano a temperatura literal termino tibio, ni siquiera llegaba a caliente, quería mi café con leche de almendras y ups!! No tenían, quería de desayunar un sándwich de pavo y ups!!! No tenían. Ambiente: nada cálido como lo ofrecen otras sucursales, si grande pero, eso es todo, mesas bastante empolvadas al igual los vidrios sucios. Servicio: entiendo que tengan un horario preestablecido pero, atorar con un bote la puerta para que no pases , está chistoso, creo que si pudieran mejorar mucho más en su servicio a cliente, en ya tener todo listo, limpieza, barra, etc. que digo, lo normal para la oportuna atención y calidez hacia tu cliente.

Por eso calificare de esta manera a esta...

Soy alérgica a los lácteos, les pregunte si tenían disponible el avocado toast y me dijeron que sí, así que les encargue uno para llevar. Fue hasta después de pagar que me dijeron que no tenían aguacate, que me lo cambiaban por otro alimento (no muy convencida) les pregunte cual no tenia lácteos y les explique la situación, dijeron que me darían un sándwich sin queso ni aderezos. Me lo entregan, cual fue mi sorpresa al revisarlo, que el alimento si tenia aderezo con lácteos, la verdad pésima pésima experiencia. Además por si fuera poco, el "latte" que encargue con la leche toda llena de burbujas cual chocomilk hecho al aventón y ni siquiera tenían gente. Me quedo con muy mal...
