I was led to the table with a disdainful look from the female staff in black who wrote customers name down to list at the door. 4 staffs took turns serving. While our cocktails were good, the appetizers were unremarkable and very underwhelming. However, the problem was we were overcharged for the cocktail promotion and the tip percentage authorized was ignored and a higher tip amount charged. We followed up with management and were told they would refund the difference. The restaurant then refunded the difference in the cocktail price yet refused to refund the unauthorized tip which due to the overpricing amounted to more than twice the percentage. They gave a lame excuse about the tip already being paid to the bank account...well, hadn't all of it had been paid to the account? This is a very shady practice!
