Disappointing at best. For all the hype, and how crowded it always it, I assumed this place would be decent. Turns out it barely qualifies for "mediocre". Service was bad- the young woman who took my drink order dropped off the drink and never came back. Despite there being 8 other waitstaff (from what i counted) just standing against the wall or chatting in back, nobody cane to take my food order. After 10 minutes passed, i asked the hostess to send someone to my table. When the fold finally came, the panini was not hot, and lacked the supposed sauce that was listed on the menu. When i asked the server/waiter about the sauce, he said Yeah, it's really minimal. In my case so minimal that it didnt even make it onto the sandwich, similar to how the menu listed a variety of options for sides, and i was given only the choice of regular fries or a salad. Also, the iced latte arrived with about 4 ice cubes in total. It never actually got cold in temperature. Really disappointing. For actally less money than i paid here i could have had a better lunch at Starbucks, and their sandwiches are not even...

When you receive your food and you don't feel that it is worth taking photos, that is the case here. I had been to the chai restaurant in plaza del Sol and the food was amazing so I decided to come to this restaurant hoping the food would be the same. I was wrong. The drinks were good. I had my usual lemonade with mineral water. My wife opted for a beer. I ordered a sandwich which was supposed to have beans, arrachera, beans and avocado. I asked for the meat to be well done. I got my meat medium and some of it was almost raw. No beans. And the cheese was poorly holding the sandwich together. I asked for fries and they were overly burned. I don't remember what my wife had for a meal but she left most of it on her plate. Overall the food was not good, but the service was decent. We will definitely not come to this one again.
