Nice small restaurant. The service is good. Waitresses are very nice but once you order your food, they disappear. But that is okay as most of us just want to eat. But if you want something else you have to call them. I ordered the breakfast Americano with two eggs, bacon and pancakes. The eggs were good and the bacon was surprisingly good. The pancakes were a disappointment. Very dry and tasteless. I never had worse pancakes than these ones. I only had one bite. I also ordered a large latte which was good. It came in a chipped mug. Not an issue if you are a left handed drinker but unfortunately I drink with my right hand. The chip part was on the lip side but easy to drink. The price was a bit high for what I ordered. Overall not a bad experience but I will only give it a 2.5 star.

Food looked great but discovered a - live cabbage worm - in my club sandwich. My partner and I lost our appetite after that but finished our wine. Upon leaving I was presented w/ a bill for our wine before leaving?! The waiter apologized but there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak w the manager, (an uncomfortable moment for the second time) and reminded him that our dinner and appetite were ruined and only then did he agree to withdraw the bill for the 2 glasses of wine totalling $10.

(Morning of 22.12.2019) The menu looks very appetising but the service was so inconsiderate that we took our business elsewhere. Others in line, who were clearly behind us, were seated before and the waitress at the door purposefully overlooked us completely. Once inside, we were placed at a big table in front of the entrance. I politely asked to move tables to another one that just became free (smaller, better for two, and less windy) and the waitress agreed and told us to wait, so we did. Shortly after, she seated other customers there anyway. The whole time I was very polite but it felt like I was a nuisance and the waitress did not want us there. I have never left a cafe because of bad service, and have never had such a bad customer experience in Mexico in over 1.5years living here. We decided to leave because we did not want to encourage this kind of behaviour, and the waitress nearly rolled her eyes at us. I know from personal experience that customer service can be taxing and everyone has bad days, but in my opinion that is no excuse to behave the way the waitress at the door did. Really wanted to have breakfast there as the menu looked very tasty, but will never go back because of the quality of...

Hands down and without a doubt the WORST dining experience I've had in Mexico.

The stewardess did not pay any attention to the order of the line and took in whoever pushed to the front of the line first. She actively overlooked us, and took a group behind us that arrived about 10 minutes later than us.

The waiting like is congested around the entrance and there is no cue.

We watched an old lady attempt to pay at the table for 15 minutes while she was being ignored by the serving staff. When we asked to change tables to be out of the doorway, the stewardess agreed, and then gave the alternative 2 person table away that we had been waiting for.

If you are looking for a good breakfast experience, I would suggest anywhere else to save yourself the frustration and anger that this place brings out so early in...
