I am always looking for "hole in the wall" places and saw this restaurant, which as I was walking through the beautiful Ajijic Plaza earlier in the day and mentally 'hooked' it. I walked around the quaint city of Ajijic for about an hour and decided I would drop in for a late breakfast or early lunch. I missed breakfast so I ordered the chile rellenos and a taco adobada. This place is frequented by both local Mexicans...
