We fell in love with this little hidden gem of a wine bar. It is exactly what we were looking for close to the party scene in the romantic district, but not close enough to be super loud. It’s next-door to Los Muertos Brewery and Pizza place. This place is nicely decorated, inviting, and a relaxing space. You can tell that Salvador put a lot of thought and effort into the concept of his wine bar. They have a great selection of varietals for any pallet and great tapas and personal sized pizza. Salvador did mention that they have rotating wine varietals from different regions and he continues to look for varietals and vintages to meet the needs of all wine lover pallets.
We had a wonderful bottle of Malbec, Chardonnay and Rosé. Salvador and the other wine bar attendant were exceptionally knowledgeable in all things wine and we talked to them for about an hour and a half the times we visited. Our bartender "Professor" Diego, educated us on the history of mezcal, tequila, and raicilla while doing a delicious tasting flight.
